Been Sick, Lower Back Pain, Light Headed. What Could Be Wrong?

Hi Im just confused, I have recently moved to the US at the start of December for an internship. I am 21 female, and have been feeling quite sick since I came. Recently (past 2/3 weeks) i have been peeing a lot and especially during the night. I feel quite light headed when I stand and i have lower back pain . I am on the combined pill and have had my periods as normal. What could be wrong? thank you.

Go and get these things done...check your blood pressure..especially during supine position and later on standing position. You may be having orthostatic pressure difference. Second thing is get the blood sugar done.
