Been Having Low Grade Fever With Headaches. What Do The Typhoid Results Say?

Hi Doc, I have been having low grade fever with headache and body aches for the past 5 days. Have done a typhoid test and following are the results : Salmonella paratyphi AH 1:20 Salmonella paratyphi BH 1:20 Salmonella typhi H 1:20 Salmonella typhi O 1:20 Please do let me know what this refers to. The above mentioned results are of different antigens of salmonella typhi and paratyphi. The value of these antigens depends on the endemicity of typhoid in your area. but roughly if the level is above 1:180/200 then it can be considered danger. so the results you have written means you dont have the disease typhoid.
