Bases On My Follicular Study, Am I Pregnant?

Hi! I did an ultrasound scan for follicular study(as prescribed by my Gynaec) and these are the results: right ovary-F1-11.9x6.9mm,F2-10mm x 7mm and in the Left Ovary-No dominant follical. the endometrium is 6.5 mm.please help me understand what the report means? am i pregnant? Or is it too early to tell? Thanks!

Hi..this is your ovulation study..which helps to know that when you are going to ovulate..it doesn't indicates pregnancy.. For ovulation to occur size of follicle must be around 20-22 mm & endometrium thickness must be 12-14 mm for implantation of foetus..
