Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to reports you have bilateral polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD).It is suggested by enlarged ovary, echogenic stroma and multiple small peripherally arranged follicles.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.

Your husband sperm motility is also low.It can be improved by diet changes, increasing physical activity and medicines. It is also important to confirm infection in semen.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
