Bang On The Head, Neck Snapping During Back-bend, Later Breathing Difficulty Causing Chest Pain. X-ray Showed Dent In Vertebrae. Treatment?

My daughter was doing a backbend in PE and as she went back the spotters let go, so she hit the back of her head and the her neck snapped and she had the wind knocked from her. After a few seconds, she got to her stomach and she was unable to breath or get up, her teacher started rubbing her back , and had her sit as she got some color back in her. When she breaths in a little deeper than normal her chect hurts and her back is sore. She had an x-ray and the doc thought he saw a small dent on her 5th thoracic vertebrae? What should she do or not do?
