Balance Problems When Walking Upstairs, Twitching Eyes, Headaches. Anxiety?

Hi i m a 25 year old female that have been suffering from different problems for over 2 years now. I don t know if they are related at all or are different problems. The first one is if I go over one foot higher then my height I get really wobbly and dizzy so its hard to walk up stairs. Another one is every time my baby cries I get a pain in my eyes that I have to close them tight to keep the pain at bay. My eyes twitch a lot as well. If I try to read or just try to focus my eyes on anything they start to hurt, twitch and shift on their own. If i m looking at something straight ahead they ll shift up then back to the original location without my doing. I get light headed a lot as well just walking around. I also get really bad headaches at my temples and behind the eyes. I ve suffered from anxiety since I was 9 and have always assumed that these symptoms are just another form of it. Am I wrong?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello....your symptoms seems to follow a patter....your age, your past history of anxiety, your symptoms duration and your circumstance of having a baby...all point toward one diagnosis ...somatoform..but still if you have not got investigated for physical illness than you have to do it first...but if all come out to be normal than it will confirm the diagnosis...for that you will need therapy by a psychiatrist to deal with your problem...
Take care
