Bad Throat Infection In 8 Year Old
Hi,my8 yr daughter is down with very bad throat infection.Doc. Prescribed Tab Azee(500mg) along with other drugs .now I m little confused,whether to give her tab or syrup .plz suggest me.(her weight is 36kg)

I think your doctor has prescribe the right dosage. And, to take the same in the syrup form she needs to consume 12 ml per day. So, the choice is yours, it is not going to affect your child if she takes tablet. In case, if she has never taken the tablets before, better to go for the syrup form, but the dosage should be around 10-12mg/Kg/day.
