Bad sunburnt, chest discomfort, hurts while sleeping. What disease can this be?

hi, im a male 20 years old and i was at the beach past 2 days and i got badly sunburnt (im used to it because i get it each year) but when i came home i felt some kind of discomfort in the middle of my chest , and when i went to sleep it started to hurt mildly for about 30-45 minutes then it stoped. Do you know what disease or condition i have? its the first time it hapened to me, i thought i was dieing
