Bad Pain In Lower Abdomen, Light Pinkish Discharge While Wiping. On Mirena Followed By Missed Periods For 3 Years. Suggest

I have had mirena for over 3 1/2years never any problems, but recently I have been having bad pain in my lower right abdomen ( ovary) area. tonight I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was little bit of a light pinkish discharge on the paper. any suggestions?? I have also been period free since before I got mirena. I last had a period before I got pegnant with my son in 09'.

Well your symptoms would raise suspicion for either a hormonal imbalance being caused due to the birth control you are on or a possible infection. Either way, please visit your prescribing doctor for answers and relief.
