Bad headaches with facial pain. Cold symptoms?

Hi I m 34+1 with monochromic diamniotic twins and last three days I have been having really bad headaches and today my whole face hurts! Is this just cold symptoms?

It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with cold and facial pains.
These symptoms indicate sinusitis as the most likely cause of facial pain and headache.
Hence this requires treatment for sinusitis in the form of antibiotics decongestants and antiinflammatory drugs.
