Bad headaches, blood rush, rapid heart beat. Am I okay?

Hi. I have been having very bad headache for long now. When is starts I can t move my head, I can t bend down or listen to loud noise. I always hear this throbbing sound and feel it too. Its like I can hear my blood rush and throb through my ears. When I lay down its worce on both ears. I can even feel my heart beat faster. When this happens any extra light and noise make it worce. I have not seen any doctor for this. Please help.

Based upon the data that you have posted, you could have a possibility of migraine headache. You need detailed neurological examination and a brain scan to rule out other causes of headache. If the scan is normal, you will benefit with anti-migraine treatment along with rest, relaxation, regular food and sleep habit.
