Do you have a chronic cold or nasal discharge ?
Do you have difficulty in vision ?
The frequent headaches which get worse on emotional stress is also known as stress headache. This occurs because of emotional stress and tightening of the forehead muscles which can cause severe headache
Other cause can be refractive error
due to eye strain.
Kindly avoid sunlight exposure. Eat a balanced diet. Drink plenty of water. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily.
You can take Acetaminophen
tablet under medical supervision for relief from the headache.
Practise Yoga for stress relief. Avoid long work-hours. Take frequent breaks at work. Avoid stress as much as possible.
If the headaches are not relieved, kindly consult your Neurologist
to rule out Migraine or other causes of persistent headache as well as an Eye and ENT check up to rule out refractive error or sinusitis respectively, which can also cause headaches.
