Bad Eczema. Gave Topical And Oral Steroids. What Else?

My daughter is 11 years old and had really bad eczema since she was 2 years old.....ive taken her to every single dermatologist within a 60 mile radius. Every dr prescribes topical and oral steroids. Every kind of test has been preformed on her. She even had a skin biopsy done twice. She uses unscented soaps, unscented creams ect. Is there something better she can take? Ive noticed that when shes outside in the sun her eczema gets 100 times worst every dr tells me the same thing though....“that eczema does not worsen with heat blah blah“

She must be Atopic. Use wet compresses whenever she has acute flare. continue using moisturisers after treating the eczema with topical or oral steroids. thereafter after the acute phase is over you can use Elidel cream(1%Pimecrolimus) or Tacrolimus ointment 0.03% for maintainence.
Use cotton clothes only for her. Wear woollens over cotton clothes.
Use mild soap like cetaphil bar.
Give Zyrtec 5mg/5ml twice daily to calm down the itch.

ultimately eczema will become less severe as she grows older and will become more loacalised.
