Bad dry cough, white blisters on tongue, fever. Had gone swimming. What is going on?
hi my three year old daughter and a bark/dry bad cough and white blisters on her tongue . symptoms appeared two days after swimming and lasted for 10 days she also had a constant fever of 102-104. a week after symptoms cleared and she went swimming again and two days later same problem, but this time they last just about three days. kind regards lulu
She got viral fever with secondary bacterial infection.
She has to take paracetamol for fever, antibiotic like azithromycin and cough syrup.
Please stop swimming for a while as the water may be the source of infection
Wish her good health
