Bad Cough Daily After Lunch At 12.30. Reason?

For the passed few days, I ve been getting a terrible cough , at a certain time. Around 12:30, after my lunch period at school, as I m in class, out of nowhere a very bad cough comes & it lasts for a few minutes. It s terrible, I need to walk out of class & wait until it s done, & as soon as I relax it comes back for a little longer.. Any reasons why? I find it strange how it s the same cough at the same time, everyday.

thanks for your query.
I think its a reflux that causing coughing for that time and its after lunch, mostly due to acid reflux.
Take some antacids along with domperidone to reduce the reflux.
consult to ENT surgeon and under go flexible laryngoscopy for any other possibility.
Thank you so much.
