Bad Cough, Body Ache, Shivering. Taking Panadol Rapid, Bisolvon. Check Up Required?

Hi Dr,
I am a 40 yr old women and hav a bad cough for past 2 weeks. Since friday hav bodyache shivers and uncontrollable cough. Have been taking Panadol Rapid 2 tablets since friday eve. And started Bisolvon chesty couhh syrup since last morning. Do I need to go and see a dr. as hav the shivers again tis morning.....thanks Misbah

Definstely you need to visit doctor and ger some blood investigations done.
