hello and welcome to HCM forum,
whatever symptoms you present with, are related to throat infection. which may have resulted in enlarged tonsils, which in turn, causes difficulty in swallowing.
halitosis(bad breath), can be due to a number of causes, but throat infection may be one of them, kindly complete the course of medicines prescribed to you by your doctor.
besides this you can do warm saline rinses, this will help resolve the infection.
also, get a chlorhexidine mouth wash, its antibacterial and will help to eliminate bad breath.
i hope this is information will help you in some way,
i wish you good health.
take care.
