Bacterial Vaginosis, Had Excessive Discharge, Swelling In Labia, Painful. Unable To Have Sex. What Is The Reason?

Hi,

I am 25 years old and i am unable to have sex due to several medical conditions, i was treated with BV, as i have excessive amount of cheesy discharge everyday with Odor for 7/8 years in excessive amount. I am also unable to have sex as it gets extremely painful and my labia gets swollen within one minute of penetration. My skin is ripped at the entering of vagina and above any penetration i stay swollen for days. What can be done. what can be done to maintain the normal balance PH in my vagina?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you are having a severe vulvovaginitis. This needs systemic antibiotics as well as topical antibiotic cream for proper relief. Do consult your gynecologist for proper prescriptions.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
