hi,your suferring from backache since 7 days so it comes under acute backache.
it may be because of Back strain due to lifting of a heavy object, a fall, a violent jerk (as in case of a sudden car brake).
Injury, road accident, fall of a heavy object, fracture of the spine, dislocation of a vertebral disk.
if your suffering from same frequent backache for atleast 2,3 months than it may be due to spondylitis, slipped disc, wrong posture or any gync problm.
so better go for x ray if you are havin frequent backache.
Maintaining a proper posture is of utmost importance.try and sit with your back straight
Using hard beds, firm mattresses.mild exercise will increase muscle tone.
