Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the back that you are having is likely to be due to a mechanical back pain due to bad posture or an extra strain to the back muscles. Most of the times improvisation of the posture and mild pain killers and hot fomentation will help in relieving the symptoms.
