Back Pain, Nausea, Heaviness On Stomach, Pain In Lower Abdomen. Pregnancy Test Negative. Any Chance Of Being Pregnant?

Hi This is xxxxx, I am 30 years old. I am having 4 years old son. I got my period on 20th of sep. This month i should get my period on 18th of this month. After ovulating I got my back pain (sometimes the pain is pinched one). sometimes i have nausea, some heaviness on my stomach, Sometimes i have a pain in lower abdomen. I burp a lot.Yesterday I took a home pregnancy test it came out negative. I want to know what is the reason behind this? And I want to know when can I take the pregnancy test again? Please guide me. Thank you once again.

Thanks for query on hcm.
Go for urine pregnancy test at least after 8th day of missing cycle.
Sometime it shows late reaction,So do it again.You can also confirm it by blood hcg level and USG.
Mild pinching pain in lower abdomen,back pain is usually occurs during ovulation.
Nausea,burping and heaviness in stomach might be due to dyspepsia.
Take rebeprazole with domperidone to subside it.
Take simple,high fiber diet.Avoid oily,spicy food.Drink more liquids.
