Back Pain, Hip Pain. Taking Nervmax. Done MRI. Can I Gym?

I am taking nervmax for a month now i feel very much better now. i had severe back pain which used to travel in my hip bone and legs, my back was in full pain was not able sleep sgraight or change sides during night. after MRI and all blood tests dr said i should take nervmax for month. i am feeling very good now. but my question is can i go to gym and take nervmax regularly. my dr said its bitamin so i can take nervmax for 2 months. please suggest can i take nervmax and can go to gym. as gym do cause body pain so i hope nervmax doesnot act like pain killer . as we do not take pain killer during gym sessions. please clear my doubt .thanks Raju

Thanks for posting your query.
Your back pain and radiation to lower limb seems to be due to pinched nerve. Nervemax is vit b12 and helps in reducing symptoms of numbness and tingling. It is not a pain killer. You can go to gym but do not lift heavy weight or bend forward.
