hi sir ..........i want to know about the medicine called mecofol-a.........actually my mom is having back pain due to which her legs are also affected...........so the doctor prescribed her this medicine ........................i want to know that y it is prescribed to her and what this medicine will do

Mecofol-a is a neurogenic tonic and given in various nerve diseases like peripheral neuritis, neuropathy, in nerve pain.
It contains Cynocobalamine, Alpha lipoec acid and folic acid.
So there is no problem taking it.
It will give beneficial effect on her back pain.
