Back Pain. Can It Be Because Of Accident I Had 6 Years Back?

Hi i was in a car accident about 6 yrs ago and i ended up with wiplash, i had a mri scan and it showed a shaddow on my spine but they never said what or why it was there. my back is still hurting me quite a bit and ive recently started to feel as if my spine is crumbling. could this be the case. rgds sally

There are many causes of backache. Certainly your previous injury could be contributing. However, I suggest you need a full evaluation to identify the cause.
