Hello and thanks for the query
Spine is a very important part of our body and any injury to this part has to be taken serious. Complete bed rest is the best treatment for back ache. Go for the X-ray of the part and Consult your doctor immediately. Rule out any bony injury and other related issue.
Till you consult your doctor wear Lumbosacral belt and Cervical collar and restrict the movement of the spine as much as you can. Can take analgesic/ muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatory drugs. Hot fermentation of the part reduces the pain but do not massage the back.
Hope this will help you. Consult your doctor and get your X-rays done.
Best Wishes

Hi, Pradmelon,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you got back and neck muscle strain due to playing more time in water and sea waves gave thrust attach off an on.
Nothing to worry.
Take some pain reliever with muscle relaxant tablets and within a day or two you will be alright.
You can apply some pain relieving cream on the affected parts.
Ok and bye.
