Back and tailbone hurts since delivery. Pain. Can surgery be the remedy?

Hi I gave birth to my son 6 years ago.Ever since then my right side of my back into my tailbone was hurting .I went to the doctor and he said that I was born with half my tailbone missing and the birth probably jarred up the normal alignment that my body was use to for 36 years .I cant perform normal functions now and I am in consent pain .Is there a surgery that can help me

This condition is called as coccydynia. I would recommend you to follow these things.
1. Sit in a tub filled with gentle warm water.
2. Take Myoril tablet daily
3. Do not sit on hard surface.
4.if you have to sit on a hard surface for long time , I would recommend you to sit on special cushion like seat.
