Back And Chest Pain, Hurts To Sneeze. Should I Be Concerned?

past couple of days i had a certain pain in my upper mid right side of my back which turned into my chest as well. i was in a good amount of pain yesterday and to day. today i sneezed and it hurt so bad and i heard and felt a pop now the pain i feel has moved to my left side and lower back? i go for an xray of my spine and ribs tomorrow. should i be concerned now?

If it gets worse I would go to the ER....it is possible you could have a pneumothorax which is a collapsed lung. Other possibilities are pulled muscles...such as a pulled intercostal muscle etc.
