Baby passing green stools. Mostly breastfed but occassionally formula fed. Reason?

My 3 month old daughter has been having about 3 soiled diapers per day which have bright green and somewhat stringy stool . Other times during the day it s normal yellow mustard color. She is primarily breastfed except for the occasional formula supplementation in short on breastmilk . What could be causing this? Please offer advice, thank you.

Sometimes the green color stool in infants on breast feeding is normal and if that is not watery, not foul smelling and not having mucus and blood nothing to worry. But while giving formula one should be careful in hygeinic preparation and sterilizing the feeding bottles and proper reconstitution of formula milk
