Baby Having Vomitting, Loose Motions. Prescribed Domstal. Passed Green Coloured Stool Twice. Normal?
My daughter is 20 days old. She was down with vomiting and loose stool. So our doc suggested Domstal every 8 hours for a week. Her vomiting and loose stool improved significantly. She has no fever. But on day two of domstal she had green colored stool twice.
please sugguest is this normal and is this due to domstal baby drops or shall I get her check-up again.

Green color stool is some times a normal phenomenon in newborn babies.
It is not due to domstal drops.
Observe for stool consistency, foul smelling, or any mucus in stool and if you find any consult the pediatrician.
In infants in early months, the stool may vary from green to yellow.

Domstal shouldn't cause greenish stool
Its part of the illness. Gastroenteritis.
You can give probiotics and zinc drops for her.
