hi Nasserahmid,
it seems your daughter is suffering from upper respiratory tract infection ,if she does not respond by 5th day of antibiotics u have to meet your pediatrician again ,she/he needs to do proper workout and change of medicines .cervical lymphadenitis is due to infection of throat and erythema of palm and sole can be because of fever,or rash due to fever.
well remember to keep your baby well hydrated that is give lot of liquids, avoid juices they will further irritate the throat .give soft diet at regular intervals ,it will help in speedy recovery
well any other query u are most welcome

Pediatrician, Cardiology Dr. Pradeep Kumar Jain's  Response
Hello
Fever with cervical lymphadenopathy In a 4 and 1/2 year child may be due to viral infection (may be infectious mononucleosis), bacterial ( like scarlet fever), kawasaki disease an immunological condition or some other causes.
In viral infection there may be high temperature during initial days. As already you are giving full dosage of antipyratics, medicine will not help much. You can try meftal-p as it is more potent antipyratic. Don't use too many antipyratics simultaneously. Do tepid sponging frequently, it is the best method to bring down the temperature. Give him plenty of water.
Due to some problem your WBC count is not here. So continue giving cefuroxime and again consult your physician for proper clinical and lab checkups to reach the diagnosis and management accordingly.

Hi Nasser,
Thank you for your query,
With high grade fever and erythema of palms and soles it is appearing like viral illness. But i want to know are there cold, cough or throat pain?
If fever is continues consult your Pediatrician for reexamination and for investigation if required
I hope i have answered your query.
