Baby Has Small Lump On The Right Cubital Fossa Post Vaccination For Jaundice. Advised Aldinir Syrup. Right Medicine?

Hi, doctor myself Mrs. pryanka my baby have a small 0.5 cm lump on his right cubital fossa. He is 1 month baby; because of Jaundice doctor treated him for antibiotics and because of that needle he have a lump. Doctor adviced Aldinir syrup for 7 days but its for cough & skin infection so my question is this syrup is right for the lump or not?

This swelling is looking like thrombophlebitis due to iv cannula placement in that region and it will subside as the cannula is removed and you are giving antibiotic syrup. And this syrup is sufficient for the infection and it will take care .
