Baby has fever in the morning. Prescribed Crocin. Should it be given if temperature is 100.1?

Hi I have a baby who is just started of with her 7th month on 21st of oct , she has been having temp since 4 days only in the mornings between 99.1 and 100.1 as I had taken her to the dr and he advised me that due to her cold she is getting fever and has said that to give her crocin drops only if her fever rises above 100 so my query is 100.1 temp so I need to give her crocin

Hi ,
You can give Crocin at temperature of 100.1.
Important information regarding crocin
1. Give it when temperature rises above 100.
2. It can be given three to four times a day(6-8 hrly).
3. It only provides symptomatic relief , not used for curing illness.
4.It is the safest medicine for reducing fever.

Most of cold and fever is viral only, and some time its lasting for more than 5 days also,
Take supportive medicine only,
Keep your baby hydrate,
if fever rises 102 f consult your pediatrician,
