Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Does she have other problems like poor feeding?

from when she is having all these problems?

Is she showing abnormal activity or seizures?

Is she dull and lethargic?

answer these questions so that i can help you better.

From the description you provided i feel that your baby requires immediate medical attention.

Fever in this age group (I hope you noted the temperature with a thermometer) with cold hands and feet indicate dangerous conditions. your baby is having another danger sign that is vomiting.

Such a scenario could arise because of bacterial infection in body .............. called sepsis.

You may contact me with further details on the following URL...........

In such scenario the questions are directly forwarded to me .............. and i can answer your queries regarding your kid regularly.

Hope this helps.

Take care
