Baby Had Nose Bleed, Headache, Dizziness. Fell In The School A Few Days Back And Hurt Her Chin. Could The Symptoms Be Due To The Falling?

My year old yesterday had a nose bleed out of nowhere and throughout the day had complained of being dizzy. Last night at about 2 o'clock in the morning she came in my room crying with a bad headache I put a cool cloth on her forehead and she fell back asleep woke up this morning still complaining of a headache so I gave her children's Tylenol. after a couple hours for headache is finally gone but through the day today she's had dizzy spells and this evening had another nose bleed. I asked her if she's fallen and hit her head at all and she has said no but 3 days ago at my daughter school she fell and smacked her chin hard on a railroad tie and bruise under her chin. Can anyone help me as to what I should do? Did her falling has something to do with it

Hello madam!
I read our query and i see two troubles
one is nose bleed and other is dizziness both after traumatic episode to chin.
Let me assure you if this bleeding nose is not some recurrent thing or some bleeding disorder with previous multiple recurrent episodes then you need not to worry about anything. All you need to do is to avoid hot and spicy foods for her and let her drink plenty of fluids.avoid strenuous activities, hot showers, and digital trauma. You should use nasal saline spray liberally and should employ digital pressure and ice packs as needed for minor recurrences. Hope they will suffice.

Now the dizziness. It could be nothing. But i would recommend to see a paediatrician for ruling out any intra cranial injury during the fall which may lead to dizziness all this to be on the safer road. other wise a simple flu can give dizzines too. Just let her rest and treat the symptoms with some anti emetics like metoclopromides and hope for the best.

Your daughter dhould be proud to have a mom like you.

I wish you very good luck and take some very good care of your daughter and yourself

Cheers
