Baby Formula Nestle Nan 1. Does It Result In Gas? What Else Is Suggested?

i have a baby 2 months old. we increased the dosage of baby formula (nestle nan 1). however after increasing, she was irritated the whole night,. she had also got a lot of gas,. although we used a lot of different ways to relieve the pain, the symptoms persisted,. is there any other formula we could use? does this one have serious side effects of gas? my wife's breast milk is also low,. anything we can do to the increase the output?

Ideally a 2 month old child should be receiving Exclusive Breast feeding. Starting them on top feeds will sometimes result in-intolerance to it also if you are feeding the baby through a feeding bottle with a small size hole in the nipple there might be more of air sucked in by the baby in an effort to get more milk through the small hole of artificial nipple.
Mothers milk can be increased by giving the mother Tab Metoclopromide 10mg three times a day. Also suggest you to see your gynaecologist to rule out cracked nipple, inverted nipple and other local lesion as cause of decreased milk output.
Wishing you and your family healthy life.
Take care
