Baby Crying Before Urinating And Passing Stools. Suggest

hello doctor, i am sirisha. my baby is 1 month old and for the past 5 days my baby boy is cryoing a lot before passing urine and motion. and it took 1 to 2hrs for him to pass motion , he keeps on trying and crying. i am taking only veg food and brast feed my baby. last 2 days i gave hin colicad drops for 3 times.please suggest.

hi Sirisha, you did not mention the sex of your baby.Crying before passing urine and stool-does the baby have diaper rash?
Usually brestfed babies should not have problem in passing stools if the milk supply is adequate.Try to feed more frequently.Is the weight of the baby showing an increase this decides whether breastmlk has been adequate.
do not use too much of colic medicines as they also may cause problem like this.
Use gentle wipes to clean the area
