Hi.People with heart diseases should avoid/minimize fatty diet/spicy food/excess oil/salt etc. This along with therapeutic life style modification like exercise, yoga, pranayama will increase their quality of life.Activity(moderate) keeps you healthy.Adequate diet plan helps you to maintain a healthy weight.I suggest to take a diet chart by meeting a dietitian so that your diet can be planned accordingly(likes/dislikes).Hope this helps.Take care.
