BP 122/78 And Pulse Rate 66. Is It Normal ?

Ok I have been checking my blood pressure regularly as I have stated before, and the average for this week was around 122/78 or so and pulse was 66. I am 5 10 183 lbs. I cant afford to go to a dr since I dont have insurance, and now with new guidlines my blood pressure is in the prehypertension stage and will progress into high blood pressure, I have heard. What can I do?
