Take carbohydrates in limited quantities, eat your veggies, avoid lots of fruits since they contain carbs that are easily absorbed by the intestines and give you a glucose
rush and are stored in your body as fat. Exercising is good and do it regularly. I think drinking lots of water if you are exercising and tea are also helpful as they have tannins and antioxidants
that are healthy for your body. With all that you are doing you are bound to succeed. Way to go! Take it easy and one day at a time. Never give up.
