Ate Food Heated In Oven Which Was Near The Bug Spray Area. Is It Ok ?

Hello,
I am currently 14weeks 4 days. Today as I went over to my sister’s place she was cleaning her kitchen cabinets with Raid bug spray. I could definitely smell it. I was sitting in the living room and the kitchen is right next to the living room. I stepped outside to get some fresh air and then I approached to go into a room to avoid all the smell in the kitchen. I did not want to stay in a bedroom nearby because I thought it was rude of my part (since is not my house). She then offered me a plate of food and again I didn’t want to be rude to I took it. She heated the plate on the microwave. The microwave is placed right under one of the cabinets in fact she also cleaned the cabinet in which the microwave was placed and placed the microwave back in place. I waited about 5-10 minute before eating the food. I am such a worrier and I tend to worry about any little thing. My question is will my baby be harm because of the chemicals? And did my food get any bug spray on it when it was heating up on the microwave and when I ate it? Since I’m sure there was bug spray was still on the air. I am sorry this is so long but I am a first time mom and I want to take as much precautions as possible. I had my prenatal appointment yesterday and everything is in good condition and I am healthy. Thank you so much for your time and again I am sorry this is so long.
