At What Pulse Rate During Congestive Heart Failure Is Intubation Advised?

The Emts mentioned that I was close to being intubated during my last chf episode luckily with a mask and the o2 on max they didn t have to run the tube anyways my question is at what number was my pulse ox in order for them to suggest the intubation? This was my 4th chf episode

Pulse rate is not the criteria for intubation - other parameters have to be considered. The overall condition has to be assessed.
