am a womaan aged 40 and starting having irregular periods could i be having menopause i started my periods at 12 years currently am on lisnopril drug for blood preessure am also taking lofemenal for family planning

Hi......your age is definitely in the peri menopausal age group.But you should be having irregular periods while on oc pills.You need to stop the oc pills and see if this is related .You may try another form of birth control.Also a ultrasound needs to be done to rule out pathology.
