Urologist 's  Response
hi bini, your semen analysis report shows oligoasthenonecrozoospermia (decreased counts and decreased mobility, more dead sperms). Several possible causes, including prostate infection, please get checked by a urologist or andrologist (urologist treating male infertility). Many drugs are available for this, (I may not know the exact contents of the drug you mention), you need to take the right drug for your condition. Also, some conditions (like prostate infection, varicocele, anti-sperm antibodies) can cause similar picture. Treatment of such conditions gives good results. So instead of taking tablets to increase counts, go to a specialist to rule out other treatable causes. avoid smoking and alcohol, keep your balls cool (avoid working in hot environments, avoid sauna/jacuzzi), wear loose underwear. good luck.
