Arthritis In Hips, Pain Shooting To Ankles, Unable To Go For Long Walks. Treatment?
I HAVE ARTHRITIS IS BOTH MY HIPS ALTHOUGH DOCTORS SAY NOT BAD ENOUGH FOR SURGERY BUT I DO HAVE AT TIMES SEVERE PAIN THAT GOES FROM MY HIP TO MY ANKLE. I CANNOT GO FOR WALKS THE WAY I USED TO BE ABLE TO I DO KEEP PRETTY ACTIVE WITH SWIMMING TWICE A WEEK AND IN THE WINTER I PLAY INDOOR BOWLS I ALSO LOVE TO GARDEN WHICH SOMETIMES CAN BE DIFFICULT.

Need to c u in person and ur hip x-rays, to confirm the diagnosis. get both the hip joint x rays and post its reports . once the diagnosis is finalised only then i shall b able to comment. hip joint arthritis is very commonly misdiagnosed.
