Arm Injury, Purple Bump On Arm, Veins Bulging. Medical Attention Required?

My mom who is 83 yrs old, last night had someone sit on her arm she is very thin about 108 bls and a women thats about 160 by accident landed on her arm. Right after it was just a little bump purple in color, then a few hrs later her veins were all bulging and one went up her arm! very weird looking should she have go to the er or doctor to be checked?

It is better for her to be checked by a doctor now to rule out hairline cracks on her hands. Please take her to the ER and get her examined.
