General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi

HIV symptoms do not appear immediately after getting exposed. generally symptoms appear after 6 months of exposure.

so please take an RT-PCR( reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction ) which detects HIV at a very early stage.

if i was your physician then i would have subjected for complete blood and urine examination and general examination and would have looked for any infection.

all the best and i hope i have cleared your query

Psychiatrist Dr. Vishal Garala's  Response
Hi

I admire you for positive outlook.

Hiv infection has long incubation period.

Means after got exposure symptoms usually start after few years.

It is not like that you have symptoms within 2 months.

It is your poor physical health

so consult physician for your symptoms.
But use protection to avoid such risk.

thank you.
