Are Uterine Contractions In First Trimester Normal?
my name is victoria im pregnant for the 2nd time and i am 22 years old.i have not been to the doctor yet and am not sure how faR i am yet.I think i am around 12 Weeks.i can feel that my uterus has been contracting and i has since yesterday.Is this normal so early?

Hi, thanks for writing.. At 12 weeks of gestation, it is not possible for the person to feel her uterus since it a pelvic organ just starting to grow into abdomen.. Mild contraction occurs throughout the pregnancy which is called braxon Hick's contraction which is painless..If it is painful it needs immediate attention..
