Are Tiredness, stomach Bloating And Cramps Suggestive Of Undergoing Menopause?
I am 53 I am having g problems with tired I am premenopausal I know it this is the first time my period has not happened I am having the symptoms but no period. I expect in this time of my life but why am I so tired. I am o. Lexmark for anxiety and vitamins but am bloated tired and cramps in stomach like my body wants to start my period but can t is there something I can do or take to help get over this transition to menopause I do not want to lose my energy level. I don t even feel like exercising anyway more
Hi, This can be due to hormonal changes occurring during this premenstrual giving all problems. This shows that you might get your period. Initially you might get period irregularly for some times and then your period might stop. Take some symptomatic medicine to relieve symptoms like Meftal spas, vitamines etc. Take rest, take plenty of liquids. Avoid stress. Ok and take care.
