Are Tightness In The Chest And Light-headedness At Night Causes For Concern?
last night I felt some tightness in chest followed by some light headedness in middle of night. I took a tums and changed my sleeping position to sideways instead of on my back. This went on for about 30 minutes total before it went away. Getting a stress test tomorrow because I had similar symptoms two weeks ago. Anything to worry about?

nothing to worry about.. but you should definitely go for general health check up.. especially related to heart... so day problem can be treated as right time.. if present
