Are These Symptoms Serious ?

The past couple of days I ve been feeling a little lightheaded and tired. I have a little cold that my daughter passed on to me, but nothing too major. Then yesterday I started having some little chest pains. They only came on for a couple of seconds each, and were really mild, but they felt like they were behind my breastbone. So now I m kind of worried about some kind of heart thing, but I m only 25 years old and my family doesn t have a history of any heart conditions. I want to have my doctor check it out, but at the same time, I ll feel dumb if its just something like a cold. Now that I think about it, the pains came either while I was outside in the cold, or shortly after coming in from the cold. I guess that could have something to do with it too, since I have a cold myself. so maybe I m just a big worry wart.

If you have ahd a bit of a cold then you might have had a bit of inflammation in the chest area. I would only be concerend if they continue in a couple of weeks time.
